I placed an order for Lenova laptop battery with a wrong part number which was noticed only on arrival. The firm arranged for collection of the wrong item frome home but at my cost. Also guided for the correct part number and I placed a second order which was promptly delivered in time. The customer service person was very cooperative and cordial and guided through out. The experience was really surprising and pleasure. I got my refund promptly on follow up. Hat's off to worldmart

I purchased the M5Y1K battery as a replacement for my Dell laptop. The installation was straightforward, and the battery fit perfectly. While it is an affordable option compared to OEM batteries, the durability seems to be a concern. Very good customer support. The support team was so helpful and treated me like their own family. They worked extremely hard to get my lenovo battery , which was difficult to get, got it from Mumbai, at late night shipped it Hyderabad, and till delivery at my door, they followed up with courier. Very honest, helpful and suppotive.
I will buy whatever I need for my laptop from them - hands down, you are the best! 🤗
